Customer Service Executive
Job Description:
Responsibilities
- Serve as the main point of contact for customers, handling queries, requests, and feedback via phone and email in a timely manner.
- Process and manage sales orders end-to-end, including stock allocation and coordination of delivery arrangements.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular communication and follow-ups.
- Work closely with internal teams (e.g. logistics, operations) to resolve issues and ensure smooth order fulfilment.
- Identify and address customer concerns effectively, escalating complex cases when necessary.
- Gather and analyse customer feedback to support service improvements and enhance customer experience.
- Prepare periodic reports on customer service performance and order activities.
- Support ongoing initiatives to improve processes, service standards, and operational efficiency, including ad-hoc tasks when required.
Requirements:
- Diploma in any discipline with at least 2 years of experience in customer service, order processing, or sales support.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-centric mindset.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel (e.g. VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, basic formulas); experience with SAP is a plus.
- Able to multitask, work independently, and handle issues effectively in a fast-paced environment;
