 Job Description:

Summary

Supports planning, development and execution of marking strategies and campaigns to promote IT Solutions, software products and services. Creating brand awareness, generating qualified leads and enabling sales through digital marketing, events and customer engagement initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct market research to identify trends and customer needs.
  • Create, edit and manage marketing content for promotion materials and digital platforms (Website, social media, email newsletter and etc)
  • Optimising the design and content of all online assets including the company website and social media pages (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, WeChat, etc.) to increase companys social content visibility
  • Copywriting for social media and websites
  • Support lead generation activities such as website updates, SEO/SEM optimization and social media engagement
  • Coordinate with sales, product, and creative teams to align marketing efforts with business goals.
  • Organize and promote industry events, webinars, and trade shows.
  • Build and maintain relationships with external agencies, partners and vendors.
  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies across digital and traditional channels.
  • Manage and optimize campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, and email marketing tools.
  • Manage product launches, go-to-market plans, and promotional activities
  • Drive SEO/SEM, social media, and email marketing initiatives
  • Develop strategic partnerships with vendors, resellers, and technology alliances
  • Strategizing and implementing comprehensive digital marketing programs
  • Capture and analyze the appropriate data/metrics, insights, and best practices on social and email marketing channels.
  • Measure site traffic, identify and evaluate new digital technologies and optimize marketing campaigns, email marketing, social media, and display & search advertising using web analytics tools.

Requirement

  • Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or related courses Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Minimum of 2 years experience in Marketing, with at least 1-3 years in IT or Technology industry.
  • Good understanding of IT/Software solutions and ability to communicate technical concepts in simple terms.
  • Experience in digital marketing, campaign management and lead generation.
  • Strong writing, editing and communication skills for technical and business audiences.
  • Creativity and innovation in campaign execution
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with sales, product, and technical teams.
  • Basic knowledge of cloud, cybersecurity, AI or enterprise software markets.
  • Knowledge of B2B marketing and demand generation in the IT/Software space
  • Always in trend with the latest technology and audience behavior in digital communications
