Responsibilities: 

• Assist the Operations Manager in coordinating all daily repair and maintenance works to uphold the Club's standards and policies.
• Conduct regular inspections of the clubhouse, villas, and exterior infrastructure to identify defects, arrange for contractor repairs, and perform preventive maintenance.
• Ensure the smooth operation of all mechanical, air-conditioning, electrical, and building service installations through regular maintenance and system checks.
• Supervise rectification and renovation works by liaising with contractors, government sectors, and internal departments.
• Manage spare parts inventory, record daily stock usage, conduct periodic checks, and raise purchase requisitions to maintain adequate stock levels.
• Coordinate with other departments on daily operational needs and ensure compliance with all Workplace Safety and Health legislation and fire safety codes.
• Assist in conducting safety drills, performing Duty Manager duties when required, and undertake any other assigned M&E tasks.
• Provide guests with information such as rules and regulations, contact number they can call for assistance during their stay. 
• Handle members/guests problems and complaints promptly and professionally.
• Deal with incidents and update management on incidents follow-up actions.

Requirements: 

• Minimum NITEC in Electrical & Air-Conditioning or equivalent with 2 years of experience in a similar capacity
• Electrical license by Energy Market Authority (EMA) will be an added advantage
• Good in decision-making, possess integrity, resourceful and able to work long hours if required
• Must be prepared to perform shift duties and work on weekends and public holidays
