 Job Description:

Key Responsibilities

Inside Sales (New Customers)

  • Identify and qualify potential customers through inbound leads, cold calls, and outreach
  • Conduct customer calls to assess needs and generate qualified opportunities
  • Schedule meetings and hand over qualified leads to the Sales team
  • Manage and nurture leads using CRM and sales platforms
  • Work closely with Marketing, BI/BA, and Sales teams to improve lead quality and conversion

Account Relationship Management (Existing Customers)

  • Manage and grow relationships with key and house account customers
  • Act as the main point of contact for contract and vehicle-related matters
  • Address customer issues promptly to ensure smooth leasing experiences
  • Identify opportunities for renewals, upgrades, and additional fleet services
  • Ensure customers understand lease terms, compliance, and contract requirements
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver seamless customer service

Requirements

  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
  • Ability to qualify leads, handle objections, and secure appointments
  • Experience using CRM systems and sales tools
  • Good time management and ability to manage multiple leads and accounts
  • Customer-oriented with strong problem-solving skills
  • Comfortable working with targets and performance metrics
  • Knowledge of automotive, leasing, or fleet services is an advantage
