- Support and manage Turnkey and Software (SaaS) implementations and/or Change Management in the eldercare sector using our proven project implementation/on-boarding methodology;
- Involve and participate in project management covering documentation, blue-sky ideation, requirement gathering, future-state-mapping, training, data migration study, change management, on-boarding and go-live support.
- Work with partners, system integrators, consultants, contractors, and suppliers/vendors to ensure project success;
- Liaise with customers/ end users (e.g. doctors, nurses, clinicians, administrator, IT Manager, etc) and external partners/ vendors on project related matters such as schedule, resource, change request, quality, user acceptance testing, training, change management, deployment, etc;
- Support project logistics as well as to track and ensure timely delivery of targeted milestones;
- Chance to participate in pre-sales activities (opportunistically) such as RFP/ tender, product demonstration, driving BlueSky/ visioning workshop, scoping, etc;
- Chance to participant/drive proof-of-concept and/or innovation projects;
- Mentorship and guidance, and professional training will be provided;
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma in any fields, preferably IT or related discipline, but we welcome anyone with the right experience, expertise and passion to apply.
- At least 1-3 years of working experience preferably in IT industry in the capacity of Project Executive, Project Coordinator, Operation Executive, Business Analyst, Functional Analyst, Customer Service, etc
- Keen to explore Project Management as a career as lots of on-the-job training, mentoring, professional development and certification will be offered to aspiring and driven Project Executives.
- Candidates who enjoy managing/ organising complex tasks and working with clients
- Candidates should be versatile and have a growth mindset, willing to pick up new knowledge, concept, skills
- Possess strong logical and analytical problem solving skills, able to grasp business requirements/ processes
- Good communication and enjoy interacting with customers/end-users (including doctors, nurses and healthcare professionals)
- Meticulous, good organizational and documentation/writing skills
