Job Summary:
The Recruitment Manager will act as a key contributor to driving revenue growth by delivering tailored recruitment (Tech space). This role involves independently managing client relationships, identifying market opportunities, and leveraging expertise to provide comprehensive HR services. These services include Recruitment, Employer of Record (EOR), Payroll Outsourcing, HR Shared Services (HRSS), Consulting Services, Recruitment/Business Process Outsourcing (RPO/BPO), and Career Transition and Outplacement.
As a trusted advisor to clients, the Recruitment Manager will focus on fostering strong, long-term relationships and offering innovative HR solutions that meet diverse client needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute personalized strategies to meet clients recruitment and HR needs.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, serving as a trusted advisor and HR solutions expert.
- Identify and pursue market opportunities to expand the client portfolio.
- Provide consultative guidance to clients on HR services, including Recruitment, EOR, Payroll Outsourcing, and more.
- Collaborate with internal teams to design and deliver tailored HR solutions.
- Represent the company at networking events, industry forums, and client meetings.
- Maintain an in-depth understanding of industry trends and market developments.
