Responsibilities:
• Provide strategic input for the development of new markets, target groups and sales channels
• Conduct comprehensive market analyses to identify growth opportunities
• Develop, expand and secure a sustainable customer base and sales network
• Implement approved sales and marketing activities to achieve business objectives
• Identify customer needs and initiate new product developments accordingly
• Systematically and continuously evaluate the company’s market position
• Develop and execute a human resources strategy to achieve budgeted sales targets
• Ensure sustainable reporting within existing Customer Experience Management (CEM) modules
• Prepare continuous reporting on agreed Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for management review
Your qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, a related field or successfully completed technical or commercial training
• Several years of experience in sales and market development combined with strong technical understanding
• Experience in the Window & Door Industry is a plus
• In-depth knowledge of market dynamics in Thailand
• Fluency in English and Thai is mandatory
• Based in the Bangkok metropolitan area
• Solid knowledge of MS Office is required; SAP experience is an advantage
• Strong negotiation skills and a structured working approach paired with a professional and confident appearance
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a proactive attitude
• Independent, solution- and goal-oriented working style willingness to travel
