Job Description:
Job Responsibilities
- Maintain and manage project documentation, ensuring timely submissions and proper tracking.
- Coordinate with internal teams, consultants, site staff, and external stakeholdersincluding nearby residents and businesses.
- Support the Project Manager with scheduling, meeting coordination, progress reports, and general administrative tasks.
- Raise purchase requests and follow up with the operations/procurement team to ensure timely delivery of site requirements.
- Prepare and maintain monthly reports on site workers and assist with staff welfare matters.
- Handle public inquiries and feedback professionally, ensuring prompt resolution.
- Liaise with relevant government and regulatory bodies to support compliance and permit applications.
- Organize and maintain filing systems (digital and physical) to ensure efficient document retrieval and project tracking.
Job Requirements
- Minimum Diploma in Business Administration, Construction Management, or related field preferred.
- At least 2 years of relevant experience in construction or site-based administration is a must.
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Positive attitude with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to travel within sites
