Job Responsibilities

• Handle pre-sales enquiries on product availability, lead time, and pricing
• Assist with sales order processing and order amendments
• Support new item and customer setup in the system
• Track orders and update customers on delivery status
• Coordinate with factories, warehouses, and forwarders for shipments
• Prepare invoices, shipping documents, and maintain proper filing
• Support internal teams and customers with timely communication

Job Requirements

• Good communication and basic customer service skills
• Computer literate and detail-oriented
• Responsible, reliable, and a team player
• Willing to learn and open to development
• Oracle system experience is an advantage
