Sales Executive
Job Description:
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and engage potential clients — homeowners, offices, F&B outlets, property managers, and commercial properties.
- Conduct field visits, cold calls, and sales presentations to close service agreements.
- Build and maintain strong ongoing relationships with existing customers to encourage repeat business.
- Prepare and submit accurate quotations and proposals on time.
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets as part of team performance goals.
- Provide professional after-sales support and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
Requirement:
- No experience needed, training will be provided.
- Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Self-motivated and target-driven with a passion for customer service.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Valid drivers licence and willingness to travel for client visits.
