Job Description:

• Monitor and interpret data protection laws relevant to the business
• Develop, implement and maintain data protection policies, frameworks, SOP for data breach incidents (data breach response and reporting procedures for regional incidents)
• Conduct regular privacy risk assessments and data mapping
• Assist in drafting, updating and implementing compliance policies, procedures and controls
• Support the delivery of compliance programs to employees
• Support with drafting and reviewing of legal documents, contracts and policies
• Assist in legal and regulatory issues as required
• Support budgeting and invoice processing and other administrative support

Job Requirements:

• Degree in Legal and/or compliance background with 3-5 years of relevant experience
• Strong understanding of personal data protection laws, regulations, principles and best practices in the region
• Meticulous, team player, proficient in Office Apps
• 5 days week, Tg Pagar MNC
