JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Achieves and exceeds sales goals: generate order income and revenue from new clients for textile safety as outlined in the sales plan.
- Creates and maintains a customer-focused list of prospective customers and business opportunities based on marketing leads, own opportunities, market knowledge, etc
- Generates new leads, such as at trade shows and industry events.
- Through regular customer interaction and visits, maintains / grows customer loyalty and secures critical business.
- Keeps positive relationships with existing customers in order to upsell the service portfolio.
- Recovers lost clients and gain clients from textile market based on company strength in these certification scheme.
- Documents all activities in CEDA/CRM
- Performs sales analytics in the area of responsibility.
- Support in organizing participation in association, fair, seminars and other events; prepare presentations and marketing materials for conferences and meetings.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- University degree or a comparable level in a relevant discipline
- 2+ years experienced in sales and marketing of services
- Experience in sale for certification is a plus
- Good in communication skills
- Customer oriented mindset
- Good time management and planning skills
- Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal
