Project Manager
Job Description:
As a PROJECT MANGER, you are expected to work in a high pace but fun, exciting and supportive environment and shall be constantly challenged to step out of your comfort zone, pioneer and try new ideas, acquire new skills and dabble in projects and pilot projects of different forms. Because of the multi-faceted role and myriad of exposures, you will have ample opportunities to try new things, attend professional courses/ workshops and work directly with end-users such as doctors, nurses, allied health professionals, etc. The boundaries to learning is only limited to the skills and potential of the individual.
Here are your primary duties:
- Work closely with Functional Analysts and Developers to drive and manage IT system implementations and/or Change Management in the age/eldercare environment in Singapore
- Liaise with customers/ end users (e.g. doctors, nurses, clinicians, administrator, IT Manager, etc) on project related matters such as schedule, resource, change request, quality, user acceptance testing, training, change management, deployment, etc
- Keep track and ensure timely delivery of targeted milestones
- Assist in business process study, functional and business analysis
- Drive and maintain project documentations (e.g. project plan, meeting minutes, UAT script, training guides, etc) during the entire project implementation period
- Mentorship and guidance, and professional training will be provided
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Degree, etc in related field.
- More than 3 years of related or relevant working experience, preferably in the IT industry
- Candidates should be versatile and independent in picking up concept, and possess strong logical and analytical problem-solving skills
- Able to grasp business requirements/ processes
- Interested to further career in Project Management and/or Business Consultancy (e.g. Change Management)
- Proficient with MS Office Applications (i.e. Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, Visio, etc)
- Good communication and enjoy interacting with customers/end-users (including doctors, nurses and healthcare professionals)
- Meticulous, good organizational and documentation skills
