Responsibilities: 

• Drive outlet business performance, including revenue, profitability, and operational stability.
• Monitor KPIs, identify operational issues, and implement corrective actions.
• Plan and execute local marketing initiatives to drive customer engagement and repeat visits.
• Lead, supervise, and motivate staff to maintain service quality and operational standards.
• Manage staffing, scheduling, and labour productivity effectively.
• Prepare and submit operational reports, including monthly performance reviews.
• Use operational data to support decision-making and performance improvement.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety, hygiene, and regulatory requirements.
  

Requirements: 

• Minimum 2–3 years of night shift work experience in the relevant industry (e.g., F&B, retail, hospitality, or entertainment outlets).
• Proven experience in outlet operations, staff supervision, and basic financials (e.g., sales tracking, cost control).
• Willing to work night shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
• Ability to lead and motivate a team during late-night operations with minimal supervision.
• Strong problem-solving skills to handle operational issues independently during non-office hours.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Diploma or equivalent qualification preferred, but relevant experience may be considered.
