About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Merchandiser to join our team. You will play a key role in ensuring product visibility, stock availability, and driving sales performance across retail outlets.


Key Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
  • Monitor and report stock levels, display issues, and competitor activities to the Sales Executive.
  • Replenish and merchandise stocks to ensure attractive and organized displays.
  • Negotiate with store personnel for better shelf positions and additional space.
  • Execute promotions and ensure timely placement of POSM (Point of Sale Materials).
  • Maintain stock hygiene and prevent out-of-stock situations.
  • Drive sales performance through effective merchandising and promotional strategies.
  • Ensure workplace safety and security compliance.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Minimum 1–2 years of experience in the FMCG retail industry.
  • Experience in working with supermarkets and retail stores
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a self-driven attitude.
