Customer Service Officer

 Job Description:

Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer enquiries via phone, email, and other channels
  • Understand customer needs, resolve issues, and provide accurate solutions
  • Ensure first-contact resolution and follow up with internal teams where needed
  • Provide feedback to improve tools, processes, and customer experience
  • Build positive customer relationships and uphold service standards
  • Support other duties assigned to ensure smooth operations

Requirements:

  • Min GCE O Level / Higher NITEC with 2 years contact centre or customer service experience
  • A-Level, Diploma, and Degree holders with no relevant experience are welcome to apply
  • Candidates who are available during their school vacation or temporary break are welcome to apply
  • Bilingual with strong spoken and written English
  • Proficient in MS Office; comfortable using multiple systems
  • Good customer handling skills, positive attitude, and strong time management
  • Team player who can work well in a fast-paced environment
  • Able to commit at least 3 months

Others:

  • Working hours: 8am - 530pm (Monday – Friday)
  • Salary: $12 per hour
  • Location: Chai Chee (near Bedok)
