Customer Service Officer
Job Description:
Responsibilities:
- Handle customer enquiries via phone, email, and other channels
- Understand customer needs, resolve issues, and provide accurate solutions
- Ensure first-contact resolution and follow up with internal teams where needed
- Provide feedback to improve tools, processes, and customer experience
- Build positive customer relationships and uphold service standards
- Support other duties assigned to ensure smooth operations
Requirements:
- Min GCE O Level / Higher NITEC with 2 years contact centre or customer service experience
- A-Level, Diploma, and Degree holders with no relevant experience are welcome to apply
- Candidates who are available during their school vacation or temporary break are welcome to apply
- Bilingual with strong spoken and written English
- Proficient in MS Office; comfortable using multiple systems
- Good customer handling skills, positive attitude, and strong time management
- Team player who can work well in a fast-paced environment
- Able to commit at least 3 months
Others:
- Working hours: 8am - 530pm (Monday – Friday)
- Salary: $12 per hour
- Location: Chai Chee (near Bedok)
