Customer Operations Executive
Job Description:
Main Duties & Responsibilities
- Maintain strong working relationships with existing customers and act as the main coordination point.
- Manage daily customer operations, including order coordination and service delivery.
- Handle customer enquiries related to orders, quotations, delivery schedules, shipping, and inventory availability.
- Monitor and follow up on issues to ensure timely resolution and service continuity.
- Coordinate closely with internal teams to meet customers operational requirements and manage expectations.
- Prepare and provide weekly and monthly operational and business reports to management and customers.
Job Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Business or related field.
- At least 3 years experience in order management or customer service.
- Good coordination, communication, and time management skills.
- Detail-oriented, able to multitask, and a strong team player.
