Customer Operations Executive

 Job Description:

Main Duties & Responsibilities

  • Maintain strong working relationships with existing customers and act as the main coordination point.
  • Manage daily customer operations, including order coordination and service delivery.
  • Handle customer enquiries related to orders, quotations, delivery schedules, shipping, and inventory availability.
  • Monitor and follow up on issues to ensure timely resolution and service continuity.
  • Coordinate closely with internal teams to meet customers operational requirements and manage expectations.
  • Prepare and provide weekly and monthly operational and business reports to management and customers.

Job Requirements

  • Diploma or Degree in Business or related field.
  • At least 3 years experience in order management or customer service.
  • Good coordination, communication, and time management skills.
  • Detail-oriented, able to multitask, and a strong team player.
