About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and target-driven Secondary Boarding School Recruiter to join our team. This newly created position will play a key role in recruiting secondary students from Japan. The role focuses on B2C engagement, working directly with parents and students to guide them through the school admissions journey.

Key Responsibilities

• Proactively recruit secondary students from Japan through direct outreach.

• Make outbound calls to potential leads and follow up consistently.

• Conduct one-on-one consultation sessions with parents and students.

• Organize and participate in school recruitment events and activities.

• Build strong relationships with families to support informed enrollment decisions.

• Meet and exceed recruitment targets, ensuring consistent student intake.

Requirements

• Native-level Japanese and fluent English (spoken and written).

• Strong nothing is impossible attitude with resilience and drive.

• Target-oriented mindset with the ability to work under pressure.

• Comfortable with high-volume calling, 1:1 meetings, and proactive outreach (this is a core, non-adjustable part of the role).

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage parents and students effectively.
