Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Japanese Interpreter with strong communication and translation abilities to support cross-functional operations within our automotive manufacturing facility. The interpreter will act as a vital bridge between Japanese and Thai/English speakers, ensuring smooth communication across departments, including HR, Administration, Accounting, and Production dept. 

Key Responsibilities

• Provide simultaneous and consecutive interpretation in meetings, training sessions, and factory discussions between Japanese and Thai/Japanese / (English) speakers, and translate various documents (e.g., HR policies, administrative notices, technical manuals, reports, and business correspondence) with accuracy and confidentiality.
• Support communication between Japanese expatriates and local staff across all departments.
• Facilitate smooth daily communication for HR, Administration, and Accounting teams to ensure effective operations.
• Assist in cross-cultural communication and provide context for cultural nuances where necessary.
• Maintain a high level of professionalism, accuracy, and confidentiality in all translation and interpretation tasks.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Japanese Language, Business Administration, or a related field.
• JLPT N2 or N1 certification (required)
• Proven experience as a Japanese Interpreter/Translator in the automotive or manufacturing industry is highly preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in Japanese, Thai, and English (is Advantage)
• Ability to multitask and work effectively with different departments under tight deadlines.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, cultural awareness, and attention to detail.
