Position: Equipment & CI Manager
Location: Prachinburi | Full-time
Reports to: Plant Manager

We are seeking a results-driven Equipment & CI Manager to lead maintenance excellence and continuous improvement initiatives within our manufacturing operations. This role plays a critical part in strengthening equipment reliability, optimizing maintenance systems, and driving operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and enhance the CMMS / GMAO system to ensure effective maintenance planning and tracking.

• Drive preventive and predictive maintenance programs to improve equipment reliability and reduce downtime.

• Monitor and analyze maintenance KPIs, manage budgets, and oversee supplier performance.

• Initiate and lead continuous improvement projects using Lean / Six Sigma methodologies.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize plant performance and operational efficiency.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in maintenance and continuous improvement management within a manufacturing environment.

• Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management Systems).

• Technical background in mechanical and/or electrical systems.

• Analytical mindset with strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
