Territory Sales Manager (Solutions - Network Infrastructure/ System Integrator)

Key Responsibilities:
- Define and communicate sales targets to drive consistent, long-term revenue growth across assigned key accounts
- Develop and implement data-driven sales strategies to achieve annual business objectives
- Build, maintain, and expand strong relationships with designated key clients
- Conduct client visits to understand existing systems, identify gaps, and recommend tailored solutions based on the company's product portfolio
- Address and resolve customer issues promptly while ensuring high levels of client satisfaction
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date account records and client profiles.
- Prepare and deliver detailed sales reports and account updates to management and stakeholders
- Perform ongoing market research to stay informed on customer needs, industry trends, and competitive activities.
Key Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in IT or a related discipline is preferred.
- Proven experience in managing end-user accounts within a B2B environment.
- Background in structured cabling, enterprise network connectivity, or data center solutions is highly advantageous.
- Strong consultative selling skills, with the ability to develop solution-based proposals aligned with customer requirements.
- Demonstrated hunter mindset with a track record of acquiring new business.
- Consistent achievement of sales targets.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and systems.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities.
- Ability to build and sustain long-term professional relationships.
- Highly self-motivated, proactive, and results-driven.
