Territory Sales Manager (Solutions - Network Infrastructure/ System Integrator)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Define and communicate sales targets to drive consistent, long-term revenue growth across assigned key accounts
  • Develop and implement data-driven sales strategies to achieve annual business objectives
  • Build, maintain, and expand strong relationships with designated key clients
  • Conduct client visits to understand existing systems, identify gaps, and recommend tailored solutions based on the company's product portfolio
  • Address and resolve customer issues promptly while ensuring high levels of client satisfaction
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date account records and client profiles.
  • Prepare and deliver detailed sales reports and account updates to management and stakeholders
  • Perform ongoing market research to stay informed on customer needs, industry trends, and competitive activities.

Key Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in IT or a related discipline is preferred. 
  • Proven experience in managing end-user accounts within a B2B environment. 
  • Background in structured cabling, enterprise network connectivity, or data center solutions is highly advantageous. 
  • Strong consultative selling skills, with the ability to develop solution-based proposals aligned with customer requirements. 
  • Demonstrated hunter mindset with a track record of acquiring new business. 
  • Consistent achievement of sales targets. 
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and systems. 
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal. 
  • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities. 
  • Ability to build and sustain long-term professional relationships. 
  • Highly self-motivated, proactive, and results-driven.
