Position: QHSSE Executive

Industry: Maritime (Offshore)

Location: Pandan Road

Salary Range: Up to SGD 3,000

Responsibilities:

• Assisting team members during external audit from relevant parties

• You will be responsible for the department mailbox and liaise with relevant team members on latest updated details

• Maintaining proper e-filing and paper filing

• Liaise with department members on various activities (reviewing of documents, forms & processes, compiles tender, planning & conducting ship shore drills)

• Preparation of QHSSE related analysis and statistics for audits and management review

• Arrangement of meetings for department and taking down of minutes if necessary

Requirements:

• Min Diploma with Maritime or relevant qualifications

• Has keen interest in starting a career in the offshore shipping industry

• Relevant intern experience will be advantageous

• Team Player and possess the right attitude to learn
