Responsibilities & Role:

• Responsible for the backend development and technical team management of the company.
• Having good business understanding and abstraction skills, leading a technical team to determine reasonable technical solutions based on the business, making good judgments in terms of robustness, scalability, and moderation, determining technology selection, completing architecture design, development, launch, and performance optimization.
• Responsible for R&D process planning and optimization, able to select appropriate processes based on development stages, and continuously improve delivery capabilities.
• Responsible for team service quality and stability, improving team development efficiency through tools and systems, and tackling key and challenging technical challenges.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or above, major in computer science or related fields, with at least 5 years of experience in large-scale backend systems, and experience as a technical leader in designing and implementing complex systems with excessive traffic (Not limited to development language).
• At least 2 years of team management experience, able to create outstanding individuals with rapid progress.
• Good product awareness, business sense, and willingness to consider product effectiveness as the most important driving factor for work.
• Strong learning and abstract abilities, strong thirst for knowledge, curiosity, and enterprising spirit, able to pay learn the latest technology in the industry in a timely manner.
• Positive and optimistic, conscientious and responsible, strong execution ability, strong sense of responsibility, possessing good communication skills and excellent teamwork skills.
• Experience in overseas product development is preferred.
