Responsibilities
- Responsible for generating sales revenue and business development activities through market research, networking and cold-calling and Identify and develop client and business relationships
- Perform interviews & selection process for potential job seekers and recommend potential candidates profiles to prospective companies.
- Provide appropriate and accurate professional advice and directions to candidates pertaining to their possible career progression and development
- Provide prompt and professional services to new and existing clients
- Manage clients and potential candidates expectations by providing compensation details, conducting reference checks on potential lead candidates and managing the process till completion while maintaining client relationships.
- Manage the full recruitment process, from sourcing, interviewing and shortlisting candidates based on clients needs
- Source for suitable candidates via networking, social media, advertising and referrals
- Provide excellent services and follow-up regularly with clients and candidates
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Degree in any field
- Self-motivated, resourceful and persistent
- Highly initiative and motivated individual.
- Prior experience in agency will be an added advantage
