Role & Responsibilities:

• Work closely with multiple sites in the Asia Pacific region to ensure consistent performance and promote excellence.
• Monitor site performance for accurate forecasting and efficient production.
• Identify and recommend improvements to processes and technology.
• Support local plant managers and drive positive outcomes in production targets and cost reduction.
• Ensure plants meet quality and CSR standards, and handle audit findings for certification.
• Compile management information for decision-making.

The Talent:

• Degree in Mechanical/Electronic/Manufacturing Engineering preferably from local university
• 8 to 10 years of leadership experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
• Deep understanding of manufacturing processes, quality control, costing, and workforce management.
• Knowledge of lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, or similar methods is a plus, along with ISO qualifications.
• Strong leadership and team motivation skills.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.
• Effective communication and collaboration across departments.
• Proficient in Mandarin as its essential for close coordination with counterparts in China.
• Willingness to travel up to 60% of the time.
