Responsibilities:

• Lead the store team to ensure collective duties and responsibilities are fulfilled.
• Responsible for coordinating with Logistics team in Singapore for purchasing of direct materials.
• Process purchase orders and hand order placement to meet production demand.
• Co-ordinate with Logistics team in Singapore on finished goods for overseas shipments.
• Responsible in raw materials position to adheres to target inventory policy.
• Liaise with Custom/Exim Department on shipment issues.
• Monitor and ensure the store inventory system is always updated.
• Work closely with production on exception materials.
• Prepare and submit custom documentation.
• Perform quarterly monitoring of local purchase items through price review and evaluate supplier performance.

Requirements:

• Minimum Degree in Logistics/Supply Chain/equivalent.
• At least 3 years of relevant experience in similar role.
• Good communication, analytical and interpersonal skills.
• Able to work in a team and good leadership skills.
• Proficient in MS Office
