Responsibilities:

-Paperless Mobility (FM/PM) frontend devices support

-Mobile phone, mobile printer support and send phone to repair

-Desktop, laptop software and printer hardware support

-Desktop software application support

-AntiVirus software system support

-Deploy windows security patch for end user computers

-Decommission of IT equipment, report and documentation

-Prepare monthly mobile billing report

-Update hardware and software inventory documentation

-Update telephone / mobile line inventory document

-After office hour support, network / telephone cabling support

-PABX Phone system support and complete project assigned

Requirements:

-ITC, Diploma in Information Technology or any related discipline

-At least 2 to 3 years related IT support experience

-Experience in installing, setup and troubleshoot windows operating system, MS Office, MS Outlook application, Antivirus Software, application software and Windows security patch.

-Able to setup and troubleshoot desktop/ laptop hardware, network printer hardware, mobile phone, mobile printer hardware and mobile application

-Experience in troubleshooting desk phone, network/phone cabling issue, audio and visual equipment

-Possess good communications and interpersonal skill
