Responsibilities:

• Responsible for overall brand business performance
• Set and develop goals, objectives, strategic plans to achieve business target
• Establish operating procedures; review and assess operational effectiveness and implement changes to drive business performance
• Lead the team to drive sales, deliver outstanding customer experience and brand profitability
• Identify ways for business enhancements and other sources of revenue generation
• Maintain strong collaborative relationships with manufacturers

Requirements:

• Minimum Degree qualifications with at least 5 years of automotive experience in a brand leadership capacity
• Proven track record of leading teams that deliver outstanding customer experience in the premium retail environment
• Proven track record of delivery or exceeding sales targets with a progressive management style
• Highly driven, result oriented and thrive in fast paced dynamic environment
• Strong business acumen with customer-centric personality
• Meticulous with a flair for details and ability to review financial numbers and analyse business performance
