Warehouse Supervisor

Job Description

Possess relevant supervisory experience in a warehouse setting.
Responsible for overseeing and administering the overall warehouse operations.
Ensure timely completion of all incoming and outgoing shipments.
Develop and execute plans to meet customer requirements and ensure continuous satisfaction.
Maintain general housekeeping standards and ensure warehouse safety and equipment meet performance standards.
Coordinate staff movements as needed for each activity.
Lead a team of warehouse coordinators to carry out warehouse operations.
Ensure smooth flow of shipments and warehouse activities.
Demonstrate leadership by setting clear expectations and upholding high work practice and safety standards.
Handle stock issuing, receiving, and packaging responsibilities.
Responsible for planning incoming and outgoing orders.
Effectively communicate and implement changes as directed.
Perform any other duties assigned by the Warehouse Manager.

Job Requirement

Relevant supervising working experience in warehouse
Candidate must possess at least O level
At least 2 to 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field
Candidates with forklift license will have an added advantage
Possess strong analytical skills and meticulous attention to detail.
Demonstrate effective communication skills.
Physically fit and hardworking
Able to work independently
Working hours are Monday to Friday from 9 am to 6 pm, with alternate Saturdays from 9 am to 1 pm.
