- Salary: Up to $6,000 + AWS + Variable Bonus

Responsibilities:

• Attending to enquiries, prospecting, conducting site visits and securing buyers or tenants for the ready-built factories and industrial land in Batam & Bintan

• Sourcing of new business opportunities and building of marketing pipelines which includes working with agencies, partners and government bodies.

• Negotiation and putting up recommendation of offers received for new leases, renewals or sales

• Responsible for lease management

Requirement:

• Diploma or Degree

• At least 2 years of relevant experience in investment marketing of Industrial Real Estate and lease.

• Bilingual in English & Chinese to coordinate with Chinese speaking customers

• Willing to travel to Batam & Bintan
