• Lead a team of engineers, technicians and contractors to manage the day-to-day maintenance and functional operations of assigned buildings/ estates
• Ensure that contractors perform their services as per agreed KPIs
• Manage expenditure, address to operational and administrative issues, and ensure procedures are carried out properly
• Recommend, provide justification for, and follow-through the variation of work orders within delegated authority
• Establish good relations between own team members and building owners
• Prepare and present weekly service/maintenance and monthly management reports

Requirement

• Degree / Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, Building/ Facilities/ Real Estate management or equivalent
• At least 5 years of Facility Management experiences in managing a Govt related offices
• Possess strong leadership and demonstrated the drive to deal with all difficult tasks imposed by the client
• Salary up to $6000

Location as follow:

• CCK road -5.5 days , Monday to Friday , Monday to Friday : 08:30 to 17:30 hrs with 1 hour meal break , Saturday : 08:30 to 12:30 hrs
• Brani way/ Outram- 5 days Monday Friday 8.30 6
• Outram- Monday Friday . 8.30 6
