Responsibilities:

• Assist the Head of Marketing to lead a team of marketing professionals to create innovative business and marketing plans.
• Align regional strategies with global vision, ensuring consistent brand messaging.
• Monitor sales trends and implement plans to maximize brand impact.
• Provide clear guidance to direct reports, setting objectives and priorities.
• Strategically plan and execute product launches in line with marketing strategy.
• Oversee budget spending and provide comprehensive reports to HQ.
• Collaborate with international marketing and local sales teams.
• Manage retail experiences to enhance performance and brand image.
• Analyze client insights to support CRM strategy and business development.
• Develop mailing lists and campaigns to drive traffic to e-commerce and boutiques.
• Cultivate trade marketing opportunities and manage PR activities.
• Implement and manage the Ambassador/Friends of Leica/KOL/VIP strategy.
• Identify effective marketing tools and collaborate with internal departments.
• Contribute to ad-hoc projects and assignments.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Marketing / Communications with at least 5 years in supervisory role
• Strong analytical skills
• Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to thrive in a fast moving and highly challenging environment.
• Having experience in luxury brands, retail, or wholesale sales will be advantageous.
• A customer-centric mindset with a passion for ensuring an outstanding customer experience.
