Customer Service Executive

 Job Description:

Responsibilities:

  • Strong in operations and customer service-related industry
  • Handling day-to-day operations independently
  • Data creation and entries
  • Daily interactions with customers and vendors on shipment status
  • Arrange Import/Export documentation & to provide daily customer support.
  • Interact with cross functional departments to ensure compliance, facilitate customs clearance and deliveries to customers.
  • Proficient in SAP order processing is an advantage.
  • Ensure that all commercial documents in connection with the orders are in place and compliant with shipping practices.
  • Provides direct operational support for internal and external customer requests related to imports and exports of commodities.
  • Management of Customs record-keeping requirements where applicable, analyze and determine duty opportunities, draft responses to Customs inquiries.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

  • GCE 'O' level and/or Diploma in relevant discipline
  • Min. 3 years of relevant experience in Third-party logistics (3PL) / Freight Forwarding / Logistics industry
  • Customer focused and a great team player who is able to work independently
  • Experience in inventory management with strong administrative skills
  • Knowledge in SAP order processing and proficient in Microsoft Office
