ACCOUNTS EXECUTIVE AP (Up to $3.6K + AWS + 3 mths Bonus)
Job Description:
- Basic Salary: Up to $3,600 Basic + AWS + at least 3 months Variable Bonus
- Walking distance from Tai Seng MRT Station
- MNC, Monday to Friday office hours
Responsibilities:
- Ensuring that 3-way matches performed by matching the Purchase Order, receiving report & amount to the supplier invoices before taking in into the accounting system.
- Resolve any discrepancies with suppliers & internal department & ensuring the payables in the companys records reflect true liability.
- Preparation of monthly supplier reconciliation statement from the vendors statement of account against internal AP aging list.
- Process Payments to vendors according to the company payment policy & follow up on any payment queries from the vendor.
- Generate AP journal & monthly closing exercise.
- Process staff claim payment.
Requirement:
- Certificate in Accounting or relevant
- At least 1 year of accounting experience
- Accounts payable experience preferred
