Role & Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day tasks for accounts payable and receivable.
• Oversee payments to suppliers and handle customer invoices, as well as process claims for staff expenses.
• Approve local staff expense claims and generate monthly reports.
• Keep track of overdue payments and follow up with customers for collections.
• Help resolve issues with suppliers and customers.
• Improve internal procedures for smoother operations.
• Maintain updated manuals for accounts payable and receivable.
• Assist in creating management reports and support in finance projects.
• Analyze expenses against plans and prepare reports.
• Keep track of fixed assets and calculate sales staff commissions.
• Handle any other finance-related tasks as needed.

The Talent

• Diploma in Accountancy or equivalent academic qualification
• Min 2 years of relevant working experience in similar position
• Knowledge in Audit Skills / SAP / MYOB preferred
