Roles & Responsibilities

To manage dispatch duties, maintain vehicle condition, and ensure timely and reliable support for the company's operational needs.

Responsibilities:

• Carry out dispatch duties such as collecting and delivering goods and other miscellaneous items to and from designated locations.
• Responsible for daily trips to the bank, including tasks such as dropping off cheques, and submitting bank documents, etc.
• Ensure the cleanliness of the car and keep it in good condition through regular cleaning, routine maintenance and minor repairs.
• Pack watches, boxes, and guarantee cards (for both local and overseas shipments) if required.
• Serve as a standby chauffeur for the director and family members if the director's chauffeur is not available.
• Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Possession of a valid Class 3/3A driving license.
• Clean driving record and adherence to safety protocols.
• Previous experience in courier or dispatch service, or a similar role preferred.
• Good vision and hearing for safe driving.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
