Role & Responsibilities

• Windows server configuration and support
• Experience in configuring and troubleshoot Firewalls, Switches, network routing and WIFI Access Point to maximize network efficiency and security
• Maintain and updating network equipment to the latest firmware releases
• Experience in Office 365, Teams, One Drive and SharePoint support
• Cloud experience in Azure and Amazon Web Services (AWS) would be an added advantage
• End-user, computer and software support
• Knowledge of SD-WAN technology
• Perform IT Help Desk and other IT support activities for the assigned region countries remotely

The Talent:

• Diploma/Degree in Computer Engineering/Science, Information Technology or related field or a combination of education and experience
• At least 5 years experience in IT networking support related experience
• Strong IT Technical understanding and a hands-on person
• Fast learner and able to adapt to frequent changes in business environment
• Able to multi task, work independently and prioritize workloads effectively
