Salary Range : Up to S$3,200 Per month



Responsibilities:

• Monitoring of announced deliveries and verification of import documents regarding correctness and completeness
• Preparation of customs declarations and determination of customs tariff numbers
• Preparing the goods receipt note
• Create the invoice and forward to the accounts for payment according to payment terms and due date
• Archiving the suppliers documents
• Ordering, monitoring, inventory and posting the stock bookings for packaging
• Ordering, monitoring, inventory and posting the stock bookings for advertising material
• Creating purchase orders, upon request
• Update item ETAs in Navision
• Create the warehouse pick based on availability, priority and with attention to the customer request
• Support of the yearly samples inventory process
• Proper and timely handling of all shipments including compliance with all applicable regulations and policies (customs and foreign trade law and import regulations of the importing country as well as specific customer requirements)
• Monitoring and coordination of the proper and timely dispatch of all shipments
• Proper filing of all shipping documents
• Permanent freight cost control and optimization of transportation cost and service
• Data maintenance in Navisions contact card of all active forwarders

Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in any discipline
• Min 2-3 years of relevant experience as a coordinator
• Experience in Navision or SAP
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced and multitask environment
• Positive work attitude and a high level of energy
• Able to commerce work immediately or within short notice
