Sales Manager

 Job Description:

OTE : 55/45 (55 employer, 45 cdd)

Mobile Allowance : THB1,500/mth

Transport Allowance: THB4,650/mth

THB180k + commission + transport + mobile allowances



Position Summary

  1. Focal point customers, Business Partners, OEM/Service Vendors and internal operations.
  2. Sell full range of Retails products HW, SW and Professional and Maintenance services.
  3. Achieve assigned TGCS Sales and Expenses Targets.
  4. Manage Business Partners year-to-year sales targets.
  5. Communicate effectively with customer and BP senior Executives
  6. Develop and execute country sales and Business Partner strategies

Areas of Expertise & Special Skills:

Functional Knowledge and skills

  1. Bachelors degree with 8 years of Sales experience in Retail Industry.
  2. 5 years knowledge and experience in Thailand Retail industry.
  3. 5 years sales experience with Thailand SME Retail companies especially F+B and Convenient Stores. Advantage to have knowledge of Retail POS SW solutions and technologies.
  4. 5 years of experience and relationships with Retail customers and Business Partners.
  5. Good knowledge of Retail POS HW and SW solutions and Technologies of major vendors.
  6. Competent in developing proposals, scope of work and project documentations.
  7. Competent in presenting solutions to customers, including customer senior executives.
  8. Strict compliance to TGCS policies, especially Sales, Finance and Legal policies.
  9. Familiar with Sales management tools such as Salesforce and Oracle systems.
  10. Experience in executing and managing the full Sales and Product Delivery cycle without in-country support ie only with regional support.
  11. Fluent in both oral and written English Language.
  12. Demonstrated ability to work as a Team member across organizations.

SPECIFIC EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS

  1. Knowledge of business and procurement practices of Large Retail Enterprises in Thailand.
  2. Have existing relationship with senior executives of Top Thailand Retail Companies and good relationship with Business Partner executives.
  3. Able to convince customer senior executives, procurement and IT on investment against cost.
  4. Demonstrated achievement in growing Business Partners year-on-year revenue contributions.
  5. Demonstrated ability to operate with no local support.

6. Demonstrated sales experience and skills in Retail POS sales in VN and Indonesia.

This role requires :

  1. In-depth knowledge of Thailand Retail POS economy, market trends and customer investment priorities.
  2. Establish close relationship with Senior Executives to Top Retail Enterprises.
  3. Manage Business Partners to achieve year-to-year revenue contributions.
  4. Effective Consultancy to customers on POS solution strategies to grow customer business.
  5. Operate with minimum local support (in Thailand).
  6. Full compliance to TGCS corporate policies.
