Shipping Operations Executive

Location: Raffles Place, 5 days

Salary: up to $4000

Role & Responsibilities

• Monitor ship's daily operation and verify C/P & Fixture terms.
• Keep charterers and owners advised on requirements pertaining to the fixtures such as voyage order, stowage, cargo quantity and cargo grades.
• Perform processing and invoicing of hire payments, including bunker calculations, deductions and off-hire time and bunkers and other deductions.
• Liaise with clients on resolution processes for post-fixture issues.
• Work in compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Works closely with management to ensure all operational, administrative, and compliance functions within the firm are being properly executed in accordance to regulatory-based best practices.

Requirements

• Diploma/ Degree holder in Shipping or Maritime
• No experience with the relevant qualification are welcome to apply
