Working hours: Monday - Friday, 8.30am 5.30pm

Salary Range: Up to MYR10,000 per month

Contract Duration: 1 Year Contract (With possibility to convert to Permanent)

We are looking for a talent to oversee and manage maintenance of the facility and ensuring business as usual, besides to meet legal requirements, health & safety standards, and handle administrative activities.

Note: 5 working-day at the office is required and might have to extend during weekend during the setup phase

Your tasks will be in these areas:

• Schedule and supervise maintenance repair work and assist with checking installation and servicing building equipment.
• Ensures that the facility is clean and maintained according to company policy and procedures.
• Monitor activities that happen outside the building, such as proper waste disposal and recycling, managing parking facilities and ensuring space.
• Recommends maintenance, mechanical, electrical, and facility design, setup, layout modifications. Oversees refurbishments and renovations.
• Plan best allocation and utilization of space and resources for new buildings or re-organizing of current

Requirements

Education & Work Experience

• Bachelors degree in Business Administration, IT or equivalent
• Minimum 5-8 years direct experience in Administration, Facility Management, Financial Services Industry

Critical and soft skills knowledge

• Influencing skills Ability to effectively influence & motivate others and to work in diverse teams and with multiple stakeholders
• Creative problem-solving skills Tact and diplomacy, when dealing with difficult situation. Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Collaborative approach for resolving the issues with markets & peers/sub-process areas with stakeholders at different management levels
• High degree of self-motivation and ability to work
