• Remuneration package: Up to SGD$7,800 Basic + Variable Bonus
• Location: Ubi
• 5.5 days work

Responsibilities

• Project management, which includes works scheduling cost control and material requisition
• Liaise with Consultants and subcontractors
• Supervise structural and architectural works
• Shop-drawings submission for Consultants approval
• Attend Project Technical meetings
• Preparation of Variation Orders

Requirement

• Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering or relevant
• At least 3-5 years of Project experience in building Construction
• Work experience with HDB or A&A work projects is an added advantage
• ELUP and MSCP experience is preferable 
• Great communication and interpersonal skills
