Job Responsibilities

• Perform various complex account analyses and reconciliation.
• Prepares various financial documents for compliance with regulations.
• Coordinates and maintains billings and reports, verifies all billings are complete and reconciled to the general ledger
• Monitors and submits all periodic financial documents required by Management.
• Handling month-end closing process, and making correction journal entries for account discrepancies, prepares closing journal entries, posts accrual entries, and prepares financial statements
• Ensure timely, accurate month-end closing and financial reporting to Management
• Responsible for preparation and closing of monthly and annual financial statements
• Responsible for accounting processes and tasks (i.e.: AP & AR process, GL, account reconciliation, etc.) for assigned countries within region.
• Coordinate and liaise with internal parties to support intercompany activities
• Support forecasting and budgeting exercise as per corporate guidelines
• Coordinate and liaise with external parties like external auditors, tax agents, corporate secretarial agents, local tax and government authorities where required
• Support and ensure compliance with all finance filing requirements, tax filing requirement (GST/WHT/CIT/), audits, procedures and forms both statutory and internal
• Identify areas for improvement and implement improvements to processes
• Assist in new processes and system implementation when required
• Performs other duties as assigned

The Talent

• Degree in Accounting / ACCA
• Min 2 years of relevant working experience, with previous audit experience
• Strong accounting knowledge and application of accounting standards
• Meticulous, multi tasker and able to meet deadline
