Job Description

• Collaborate with the Customer Service and Warehouse teams to address operational matters.

• Process shipping documents and execute Air Waybills (AWBs).

• Ensure accurate input of dimensions, weight, rates, and other data into the system.

• Conduct checks and verification to ensure compliance for Dangerous Goods (DG) and Temperature Control cargo.

• Send pre-alerts to overseas destinations.

• Monitor consol cut-off and ensure timely cargo lodgement for urgent shipments.

Job Requirement

• Minimum NITEC qualification in logistics or an equivalent field.

• Proficient in using computers and comfortable with software applications or willing to learn.

• Ability to work well as a team player and independently.

• Demonstrates carefulness, meticulousness, and self-motivation.

• Possesses a sense of urgency and responsibility towards work.

• Willingness to work overtime and weekends when required.

• On-the-job training will be provided.

• Transport and shift allowances will be provided.

Flexible to work in shifts:

Shift patterns on weekdays:

• Shift A - 7 pm to 4 am,
• Shift B - 10 am to 7 pm,
• Shift C - 3 pm to 12 am (midnight)

Shift patterns on Saturdays: 

• Shift A - 7 pm to 11 pm, 
• Shift B - 10 am to 2 pm, 
• Shift C - 3 pm to 7 pm.
