Responsibilities:

• Assist to x-ref corporate tax for the company
• Assist to upload approved budget to SAP;
• Assist to do UAT for system (Board X) upgrade;
• To help with financial assessment for tender or yearly financial assessment as and per required by internal departments;
• Assist in filing of documents for journals and payment vouchers and to help rearrange supporting documents;
• Help to prepare, update and cast check reforecast templates to compare against budget;
• Help to rearrange and format documents when required.
• Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Some experience in finance/accounting and able to commit 3 months
• Proficient in MS Office
• Meticulous and eye for details
• 5 days week, East
• Able to start work in July
