Project Management Associate (6-month contract)

• Contract duration: 6 months (Aug Feb)

Job Description:

• Prepare RFQ and VCA contracts, and liaise with international vendors

• Craft project timelines (Gantt) and compile periodic project updates

• Monitor fieldwork progress, ensure project keeps pace with timeline

• Coordinate with multiple vendors to achieve project KPIs and goals

• Periodically communicate key project milestones with clients

• Involved in day-to-day management of international research projects.

Job Requirement:

• Minimum Diploma in Business Management, or other relevant areas

• At least 1 year of work experience in market research or related field

• Sound understanding of qualitative and quantitative research methods

• Strong project management skills and a great sense of ownership

• Competency in Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, Outlook)

• Excellent communication skills (verbal, written and interpersonal)

• Handles challenges with agility and tenacity

• Organized, detailed-oriented and meticulous team player who is passionate about helping companies manage volatility and risk in the global landscape.
