Working Hours: Monday Friday, 9am 6pm ( Flexible )

Basic + Commissions + Allowance

Responsibilities:

· Developed and Manage agents / distributors and direct customers in Asia Pacific region.

· Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve sales targets across local and international markets

· Achieve strong growth targets in revenue & profit.

· Managing a regional P/L within organisation

· Developing and implementing a regional strategy inline with global expectations

· Develop and execute sales strategies and plans, set sales targets, and manage sales budget

· Lead and coordinate the work of regional sales managers and sales representatives to achieve sales objectives

· Identify and develop new business opportunities to expand market share and achieve sustainable growth

· Manage and build strong relationships with key accounts, partners, and stakeholders

· Monitor and analyse market trends, consumer insights, and competitor activities to develop actionable sales plans and strategies

· Ensure high level of customer satisfaction and service quality by providing timely and effective solutions to customers' needs and issues

· Provide regular sales reports and performance analysis to senior management

Requirements:

· Minimum Diploma holder in sales or relevant field

· Extensive experience in the FMCG sector Spirits

· At least 5 years of sales experience in Southeast Asia countries, preferably in the liquor or spirits industry

· Good interpersonal and communication skills

· Proven sales record with client relationship management experience would be advantageous
