Responsibilities

• Work closely with technical manager or Team lead in achieving project SLA
• Understand and identify customer challenges in customer IT Security domain.
• Installation, configuration and response to IT Security Post Sale Support.
• Technical writing and presentation.

Requirements

• Diploma in computer science, information technology/related studies.
• Preferably with at least CCNA or any security certification.
• 1 to 2 years working experience in information Security with various security technologies, Security best practice assessment and security architecture design will be preferred
• Ability to articulate security technology or post sale issues to customer effectively.
• Must be able to work independently.
• Hand-on Various Security solutions deployment.
• Result-Oriented team player with strong initiative.
  
• Passion in learning new Security solutions.
