RESPONSIBILITIES

- Prepare service and spare parts quotations to customers enquiries

- Performing service tasks like in-house repair and on-site commissioning for various gas and water quality analyzer, CEMS and AQMS.

- Troubleshooting analyzer & advising customers on the best solutions in accordance with standard procedures and safety guidelines

- Creating and maintaining strong relationships with customers and provide good services support.

- Liaise and work with customers to address any service concerns and provide solution on the technical problems

- Support project team to perform Factory Acceptance Test (FAT) and Site Acceptance Test (SAT) for project

- Identifying potential opportunities to get new preventive & maintenance contract

- Provide product training to end user and distributor

REQUIREMENTS

- Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Environmental, Science, Electronics/Electrical Engineering or equivalent qualification)

- Preferably 2-3 years working experience or more in the analytical instruments or related field.

- Knowledge on gas analyzers, CEMS and water quality analyzer would be advantageous.

- Customer oriented with positive attitude

- Good planning and time management skills to achieve job efficiency.

- Preferably possess own transport
