Responsibilities:

• Lead the strategic planning and execution of comprehensive facility management services encompassing maintenance, cleaning, and essential operational services.
• Drive the expansion of the IFM business by fostering both organic growth and strategic acquisitions.
  Provide visionary leadership to the operational team, ensuring the delivery of top-tier IFM services and the seamless function of operations.
• Evaluate and implement protocols and methodologies to enhance operational efficiency while guaranteeing adherence to pertinent regulations and guidelines.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with diverse departments to harmonize operations with overarching business objectives.
• Attain operational excellence by fostering a secure, efficient work environment and executing adept budget management to meet financial targets.
• Cultivate stakeholder relationships and forge strong partnerships with service providers.
• Remain updated on industry shifts and market trends, leveraging a robust comprehension of industry dynamics to make well-informed decisions and proficiently manage risks and opportunities.
  

Job Requirements & Requisites

• Degree in an Engineering discipline with 10 years of working experience in Facilities Management
• Strong knowledge and experience in M&E works will be an advantage
• Proficient in operational management, with a proven track record in leading a large team
• Able to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
